We demonstrate a harmonically pumped femtosecond optical parametric oscillator(OPO)laser using a frequency-doubled mode-locked Yb:KGW laser at a repetition rate of 75.5 MHz as the pump laser.Based on a bismuth borate nonlinear crystal, repetition rates up to 1.13 GHz are realized, which is 15 times that of the pump laser. The signal wavelength is tunable from 700 nm to 887 nm.The maximum power of the signal is 207 m W at the central wavelength of 750 nm and the shortest pulse duration is 117 fs at 780 nm.The beam quality(M^2 factor)in the horizontal and vertical directions of the output beam are 1.077 and 1.141,respectively. 相似文献
Lens-less Fourier-transform holography has been actively studied because of its simple optical structure and its single-shot recording. However,a low-contrast interferogram between the reference and object waves limits its signal to noise ratio.Here,multi-reference lens-less Fourier-transform holography with a Greek-ladder sieve array is proposed in the experiment and demonstrated effectively to improve the signal to noise ratio. The key technique in our proposed method is a Greek-ladder sieve array, which acts as not only a wave-front modulator but also a beam splitter. With advantages of the common path, single shot, and no need for a lens, this system has enormous potential in imaging and especially in extreme ultraviolet and soft X-ray holography. 相似文献
Primary radiation damage in hcp Zr,including both defect production in a single collision cascade and damage buildup through cascade overlap,is investigated using molecular dynamics(MD)simulations from a potential energy landscape(PEL)perspective. It is found that the material’s response to an energetic particle can be understood as a trajectory in the PEL comprising a fast uphill journey and a slow downhill one.High-temperature-induced damage reduction and the difference in the radiation tolerance between metals and semiconductors can be both qualitatively explained by the dynamics of the trajectory associated with the topographic features of the system’s PEL.Additionally,by comparing irradiation and heating under a nearly identical condition,we find that large atomic displacements stemming from the extreme locality of the energy deposition in irradiation events are the key factor leading to radiation damage in a solid. Finally,we discuss the advantages of the PEL perspective and suggest that a combination of the PEL and the traditional crystallographic methods may provide more insights in future work. 相似文献
Mass spectrometry (MS) driven metabolomics is a frequently used tool in various areas of life sciences; however, the analysis of polar metabolites is less commonly included. In general, metabolomic analyses lead to the detection of the total amount of all covered metabolites. This is currently a major limitation with respect to metabolites showing high turnover rates, but no changes in their concentration. Such metabolites and pathways could be crucial metabolic nodes (e.g., potential drug targets in cancer metabolism). A stable-isotope tracing capillary electrophoresis–mass spectrometry (CE-MS) metabolomic approach was developed to cover both polar metabolites and isotopologues in a non-targeted way. An in-house developed software enables high throughput processing of complex multidimensional data. The practicability is demonstrated analyzing [U-13C]-glucose exposed prostate cancer and non-cancer cells. This CE-MS-driven analytical strategy complements polar metabolite profiles through isotopologue labeling patterns, thereby improving not only the metabolomic coverage, but also the understanding of metabolism. 相似文献
The effects of bamboo flour (BF) content on the dynamic rheological properties of BF-filled HDPE composites were investigated. Our findings showed that the addition of BF caused an enhancement of the non-Newtonianism of wood-plastic composites (WPCs) melt as well as the appearance of some new relaxation processes. In addition, the viscosity and modulus of the BF-filled HDPE composites showed a remarkable increase at 170?°C and 190?°C when the BF content exceeded 30%, which could be associated with the solid-like property of the WPCs at high BF loading, we propose. The present study we suggest will be useful to the formula design as well as the optimization of processing parameters for WPCs in general. 相似文献
Using first principles density functional theory, we predict a monolayer B2Si structure with space group Pmm2 in the present work. This structure is confirmed to be dynamically stable. Based on the plane wave pseudopotential approach, the charge density, electron localization function, density of states, energy band, phonon property and thermal conductivity of Pmm2-B2Si are systematically studied. It is interesting that the sp2 hybridization and coordination bond of Si are found in Pmm2-B2Si, which is the most important factor for its structural stability. The density of states and energy band analysis reveals that Pmm2-B2Si is metallic because of the partial occupied Si 3pz and B 2pz states. Moreover, the acoustic-optical coupling is important for phonon transport in Pmm2-B2Si, and the contribution of optical modes to the lattice thermal conductivity along the [100] and [010] directions is 13% and 12%, respectively. This study gives a fundamental understanding of the structural, electronic and phonon properties in Pmm2-B2Si. 相似文献
Gastrin releasing peptide receptors (GRPRs) are one of the most interesting targets over expressed in various tumors. Due to the superior potential of the GRPR antagonist analogs, they have been studied in the tumor radio imaging and therapy field. However, typical antagonists suffered the shortcomings of no internalization and poor binding affinity which hampered their applications in radiotherapy. Therefore, we attempted to introduce Oligoarginines (cell penetrating peptides) to RM26, aiming to increase the binding affinity or even trigger the internalization of the peptides on cells. The results showed Arg6 as the most potent CPP, significantly enhanced the binding avidity of RM26 to the GRPR.
The evolution of surface gravity waves is driven by nonlinear interactions that trigger an energy cascade similarly to the one observed in hydrodynamic turbulence. This process, known as wave turbulence, has been found to display anomalous scaling with deviation from classical turbulent predictions due to the emergence of coherent and intermittent structures on the water surface. In the ocean, waves are spread over a wide range of directions, with a consequent attenuation of the nonlinear properties. A laboratory experiment in a large wave facility is presented to discuss the sensitivity of wave turbulence on the directional properties of model wave spectra. Results show that the occurrence of coherent and intermittent structures become less likely with the broadening of the wave directional spreading. There is no evidence, however, that intermittency completely vanishes. 相似文献
